How a consultation moves from context to action
See the Netpilotgrid consultation process for international applicants planning employment in Germany, from document review to a written next-step plan.
1. Send a brief, not your whole history
Choose the consultation and explain your target roles, preferred German region, current location, language level, and the issue you want to resolve. For a strategy session, two representative vacancies are more useful than a folder of unrelated applications.
2. Confirm scope and timing
We reply within one business day. If the requested service fits, we propose video-call times and explain which documents to send. If the question is primarily legal, recruitment placement, or translation, we will say so before booking.
3. Adviser preparation
Your adviser reads the agreed material and studies the vacancies before the call. This preparation is included in the stated fee. Please redact passport numbers, dates of birth, and other details that are unnecessary for employment guidance.
4. Work through the decision
The call uses shared notes and concrete examples. You can challenge a recommendation or ask why a German convention matters. The aim is not to make every application look alike, but to help an employer understand your relevant evidence.
5. Receive useful follow-up
Written notes arrive within two business days in the format described for your service. They record priorities, not a transcript. You remain responsible for checking application facts and deciding where to apply.
Plan your consultation when you are ready to describe the search.
