Controller
Netpilotgrid, Level 8, 35 Taunusanlage, Frankfurt am Main 60325, is the controller for personal data described here. Contact info@netpilotgrid.digital with privacy questions.
Data we process and why
We process contact details, enquiry content, booking records, and consultation materials to respond, perform a requested service, administer payment, and meet legal obligations. The legal bases may include pre-contractual steps and contract performance, legitimate interests in secure administration, consent where requested, and compliance with law.
Please remove unnecessary sensitive data and identity numbers from documents. If you voluntarily provide special-category data that is relevant to your request, we process it only where a valid legal basis applies.
Retention and recipients
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted within six months. Consultation working files are normally deleted within 90 days after completion; invoices and legally required business records are retained for statutory periods. Necessary providers may support email, hosting, video calls, and accounting under appropriate contracts.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable safeguard such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary measures where required.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent for future processing. You may complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority. Email info@netpilotgrid.digital to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity proportionately.
Site security and updates
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but internet transmission is never risk-free. This notice may change when our processing or legal duties change. The current version appears on this page.
