Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Refund terms for Netpilotgrid job-search consultations, including notice periods, no-shows, preparation already completed, and exceptional circumstances.

Before preparation begins
You may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of booking if the consultation has not taken place and you have not asked us to begin early. If your appointment falls inside that period, we request express agreement to start preparation; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation notice
Cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. With 24–48 hours’ notice, we refund 50% because preparation time has been reserved. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable, except where mandatory law or documented exceptional circumstances require a different result.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later requests are treated as cancellations unless illness, transport disruption, or another reasonable emergency makes that unfair. If Netpilotgrid cancels, choose a new date or a full refund.
Work already performed
Where you requested early work and cancel after document review or written preparation has begun, we may deduct a proportionate amount for completed work. Once annotated documents or a written search map have been delivered, that completed portion is non-refundable. We do not charge purchased-material or deposit deductions because these consultations do not involve materials or deposits.
Requesting a refund
Email info@netpilotgrid.digital with your name, appointment date, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days; bank processing can add time. Partial-refund calculations are explained in writing.
These terms do not limit statutory remedies where a service is not provided with reasonable care or as agreed.
