Who this session is for
This is the flagship consultation for experienced international applicants who are unsure how their background translates into the German labour market. It suits people changing countries, industries, or role level, including applicants searching from abroad.
We examine the work you have actually done, the languages you can use professionally, your preferred region, salary expectations, and any stated work-authorisation constraints. The result is a practical search brief—not a promise of placement.
What we cover
- Two or three credible target-role families and their common German job titles
- Employer types and regions where your experience is likely to make sense
- Gaps between vacancy requirements and the evidence in your current profile
- A balanced route through job boards, company career pages, referrals, and direct contact
- Weekly application, conversation, and follow-up priorities for six weeks
Before the call
Send your current CV and links to two vacancies that represent the work you want. Add a short note on location, German level, work authorisation, and previous application results. Sensitive identity documents are neither required nor accepted.
During and after
The adviser reviews your material before the call. We spend the first part clarifying constraints, then compare possible directions and turn the strongest one into an application plan. Within two business days, you receive a written search map with role wording, employer criteria, channels, and next actions.
The fee does not include CV rewriting, recruiter introductions, visa assessment, or guaranteed interviews. If a legal immigration question emerges, we will suggest seeking a qualified immigration adviser.
Rescheduling
You may move the appointment once with at least 24 hours’ notice. See the refund page for cancellation terms.
