Acceptance and scope

By booking or using a Netpilotgrid consultation, you accept these terms. Netpilotgrid provides educational employment guidance, document feedback, and interview practice. We do not act as a recruiter, employer, immigration adviser, lawyer, tax adviser, or public authority. No job offer, interview, visa, salary, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Booking and client responsibilities

A booking is confirmed when scope, time, fee, and payment instructions are agreed in writing. You must provide accurate information, attend on time, and check all facts before sending an application. Do not send identity documents or confidential material belonging to an employer.

Fees, cancellation, and refunds

Fees are due as stated in the booking confirmation. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund rules are described on our refund page and form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Our templates, written guidance, and site content remain Netpilotgrid intellectual property. You may use consultation notes and annotated material for your personal job search, but may not resell, publish, or distribute them as training material.

Liability

Advice depends on the information available at the time. To the extent permitted by law, Netpilotgrid is not liable for employer decisions, missed opportunities, immigration outcomes, indirect loss, or changes in labour-market conditions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury where mandatory law applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Contact info@netpilotgrid.digital before beginning formal proceedings so we can try to resolve the matter.
